    R. Heydrich. The Martial Court started its activity again in the Petschek Palace on the 28th of May 1942.  In the function of the chairman alternated: Government director Dr. H. U. Geschke and Dr. Josef Witischka, born in Jihlava.  One of the Gestapo commisioner Heidan described truthfully later on the proceedings of the Martial Courts: "No session took place with this court and the proceeedings were a formality only, because only names were read, the factual action was brought out in brief and without any further proceedings the verdicts were passed, having been prepared beforehand."
